Lorvic™ Surgical Milk is a non‑toxic, odor‑free instrument lubricant and corrosion inhibitor designed as a concentrated pre‑autoclave dip for surgical and dental instruments. The water‑based formula penetrates hinges and box locks to provide smooth lubrication while forming a protective film that helps prevent rust, dulling, and corrosion during steam, dry‑heat, or chemical vapor sterilization.

Clinically tested to be steam penetrable and steam sterilizable, Lorvic Surgical Milk is simply diluted with water and used as a short immersion step after cleaning and rinsing; instruments are dipped for roughly 30 seconds, allowed to drain without rinsing, and then packaged for sterilization. Routine use helps maintain instrument appearance, reduce drag on moving parts, and minimize repair and replacement costs in busy practices.
