DEFENDLOC™ Sterilization Pouches are redesigned, pre‑folded self‑seal pouches that make instrument packaging faster, safer, and more consistent. Constructed of reinforced plastic film and rugged medical‑grade paper, the pouches resist tears and perforations while a new perforated flap closure folds perfectly into place, eliminating time‑consuming flap adjustment and helping ensure a tight, even seal every time.

Built‑in, lead‑free internal and external chemical indicators change color when optimal sterilization temperature has been reached both inside the pouch and in the autoclave chamber, removing the need for separate internal indicator strips and providing clear verification of process conditions. Available in multiple sizes and packaged 200 per box, DEFENDLOC pouches support efficient, reliable steam sterilization workflows across a wide range of instruments.
