Step 1: Create Your Salvin Account Online
Create your account here and provide State, DEA and KYC licensing information for each location where you will be ordering Schedule II products. You can update this information at any time – just log in and go to My Account.
Please allow 2 business days for license verification and account set up.
Step 2: Enroll in the DEA's CSOS Program

Step 3: Obtain CSOS Digital Signing Certificate
DEA will email you the digital signing certificate and mail you the required access codes. Follow the DEA instructions to save the certificate.
Step 4: Upload Your Certificate to Salvin
Log into your Salvin account, navigate to My Account and upload your digital certificate to the appropriate location.

If you are still enrolling in CSOS and need to order Schedule II substances, you can use the physical Single Sheet Form 222.

Once verified, make a copy of the original form and retain the copy for your records. The copy you retain may be in paper or electronic form.
Mail the original to us at the verified address. DO NOT write on the envelope after inserting the form. It will void the form and lead to rejection.

What is CSOS?
The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Controlled Substance Ordering System (CSOS) allows for secure electronic transmission of controlled substance orders without the supporting paper Form 222. The adoption of CSOS standards is the only allowance for electronically signing and transmitting orders for Schedule I (CI) and II (CII) controlled substances
How Do I Retrieve My Digital Signing Certificate?
Before using your personal CSOS Certificate, all four of the DEA’s CA Certificates must be installed. Installing the DEA’s CA Certificates allows your computer to trust your personal CSOS Certificate. Begin installation here.
