We are expanding our sales team! We are looking for excellent candidates in the following territories:

Currently No Open Territories

Calling on Oral Surgeons, Periodontists and General Dentists placing implants

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with professionals.

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years award-winning business-to-business or medical/dental sales experience, who knows how to ask for and close business in a professional manner.

Impeccable references from previous supervisors and logical job transitions will need to be provided during the interview process.

Charlotte Based Sales Representative / Key Account Manager

Represent our company and manage Key Opinion Leader doctor relationships at surgical courses and major surgical trade shows throughout the United States and Canada. This position reports directly to the Vice President, Sales. All travel is by air with expenses paid and time off to compensate for weekend travel.

This is an ideal position for an individual with a proven orthopedic, spine, or other medical sales background who no longer enjoys their current position because of limitations related to managed care.

Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years award-winning outside sales experience, preferably with a minimum of 2 years selling surgical or regenerative products to doctors. Excellent communication and territory management skills are essential.

We will also consider candidates with strong business-to-business sales backgrounds. Please do not apply if you are not a consistent Presidents Club or similar award winner.

About Our Company

We are a market niche company with a product line geared to elective procedures, generally not limited or controlled by managed care or insurance reimbursement. Your dentist may not know who we are, but the surgical specialists they refer to would very likely be our customers. Salvin is known for Everything For Your Implant Practice But The Implants, and because we do not sell a specific dental implant system, our reps generally have access to surgeon’s offices regardless of the implant system that the doctor is using.
